ABSTRACT SUBMISSION IS CLOSED (2 July 2012) 

You can submit an abstract following the instructions below. If you are not sure if your abstract fits the meetings interest please read the “About PANAF” page. The Objectives and Themes sections will provide you more information, so you can make your decision.

We are aiming to support students and young scientists. Therefore please indicate in your submission e-mail your interest for a grant, with a short reasoning.

Instructions:

You are kindly asked to prepare a 1 page abstract using the template in the given MS Word file. In the template file, formatting and page size are fixed. A second page is displayed as sample. Please do not try to remove it.

1.  Download the form from here  (DOWNLOAD ABSTRACT TEMPLATE)

2.  Please fill all information to the related places as given in the template. Pay attention to character and line limitations for each section (count characters including spaces). You may prepare your abstract on a separate file and copy-paste it into the template when it is finished.

3. Your abstract submission should fit to 1 PAGE.

4. Send abstract by e-mail

     a. To: ersenma @ fc.ul.pt

     b. Subject: “[PANAF2012-Abstract]  - AuthorLastName”

     c.  Rename template file as:  "AuthorLastName"."AuthorFirstName"."Abstract##".docx

          (e.x. "Aksoy.Ersen.01.docx" for 1 abstract; "Aksoy.Ersen.02.docx" for the second abstract etc.)
