The official language of the PANAF meeting is English. The conference will consist of oral and poster presentations.

Oral presentations:

Talks are fixed to 15 minutes +5 min for discussions
Conference room will be equipped with:
•    Beamer;
•    Notebook for the upload of presentations (USB-Stick, DVD, CD);
•    VGA cables to connect the personal notebook/MacBook with the beamer;
•    Laserpointer;
•    Presenter to switch slides;
•    Speaker microphone;
•    Wireless hand-held discussion microphones.

Poster presentations:

Posters should be attached on 8 October. The display time is every day from 09:00 to 17:30.
There will be a poster session on the first day of the meeting. Afterwards, during the entire period, all coffee breaks will allow to have further discussions in front of the posters.
 

Poster size: A0  PORTRAIT (width/height = approx. 84 x 120 cm)

(For information: poster boards will allow hanging a poster with maximum width of 90 cm and a maximum height of 150 cm, if needed. Note, that boards will not support any larger or landscape posters.)

Poster Hall will be equipped with:
•    Pin walls
•    Pins to attach poster
•    Form for appointment

Wireless eduroam will be available for internet access in the entire campus
